Responsibilities:
Data collection: Daily carefully
extract customer information files in order to focus on the development of
these customers.
Data compilation. Summarize customer
information files, analyze and classify them, manage all kinds of data, and
update them daily to avoid omissions.
Data processing. Conduct irregular
communication with customers and make detailed records.
Get in touch with customers through telephone
communication, email communication, and SMS services, and conduct occasional
return visits to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
Trace the user’s portrait through daily user
operation data;
Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s degree in business course.
