Job Summary: The Credit
Supervisor- Head office will monitor, evaluate and ensure compliance with credit
policies, procedures, processes, guidelines and to champion improvement, rationalization
and reengineering of credit work with a goal of minimizing credit risk

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors
branches to ensure that they operate within set credit risk limits - Handle
all audit related issues of the department - Contributes
regularly to updates of the credit policy and procedures manual - Drives
credit committee risk control effectiveness across branches - Carries
out both onsite and offsite branch supervision to ensure they comply with
policy, procedures and regulatory requirements - Ensures
audit recommendations are implemented - Coaching
staff on credit risk management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant must hold a Degree in Business Administration , economics,
statistics, B Com and related disciplines - At least five years’ experience in
credit environment - Two
years in supervision role - Knowledge of lending policies
/environment - Should be knowledgeable about credit
procedures - Excellent interpersonal, analytical and
decision making skills
