Job Title:     Accountant

Finance and Accounts
About US:
Agri Exim is a bulk supplier of
premium quality certified organic agro commodities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure
    statutory compliance by filing VAT, PAYE, NSSF, IT returns
  • Post
    the journals for provisions, prepayments, forex entries and other
    administrative expenses
  • Update
    and maintain ledgers
  • Tasked
    with maintaining accounts and financials as per IFRS or accounting
    standards
  • Day
    to day accounting and operations
  • Closing
    the books of accounts monthly
  • Management
    Accounts / reports
  • Substantiate
    financial transactions by auditing documents
  • Document
    financial transactions by entering account information

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    applicant must hold a degree in Accounting
  • ACCA/CPA
    an added advantage
  • At
    least five years of experience in a busy manufacturing and processing
    environment
  • Knowledge
    of Tally software
  • Excellent
    organisational skills
