Job Summary: The Stores
Supervisor will be in charge of stores operations in assigned store.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure stock materials, special parts,
consumables and plant are available on time to meet internal and external
customer’s requirements. - Accomplishes warehouse human resource
objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching,
counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations;
planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; adhering to policies
and procedures. - Maintains storage area by organizing floor
space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements. - Maintains inventory by conducting monthly
physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in
Purchasing and Supplies Management. - Three years of experience in a store
keeping position. - Effective written and verbal communication
skills. - Good understanding of inventory management
processes. - Good planning and organizations skills.
- Proven warehouse supervisory experience.
- Highly effective supervisory skills and
techniques. - Knowledge of warehouse software packages
and MS Office proficiency. - Ability to input, retrieve and analyse
data. - Hands-on commitment to getting the job
done. - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. - Proven ability to direct and coordinate
operations. - Strong organisational and time management
skills. - Ability to work for long hours when need
be. - Ability to work under pressure.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
