development concerns related to the promotion of health (HIV/AIDS prevention
and supportive care), WaSH , gender inequality, Livelihood (food and nutrition
security), Education and Poverty alleviation integrating health, with the
Micro- finance and Mbuntu programmes.
Officer (Micro-Finance) will provide technical support to all micro-finance
programs, contribute to the M&E of the microfinance program, participate
and contribute to the writing of grants and engage in resource mobilization
initiatives.
Experience:
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Accounting/audit, Economics, or a
Postgraduate in M&E, PPM or any other related discipline
Three years’ professional experience in
microfinance understanding of, and skills in accountancy, auditing, and
financial management research skills (interpretation and analysis of quantitative
and qualitative data)
Superb organizational and management skills
Knowledge and experience in IT systems (Outlook,
Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Quick books, Sage & other software &
network applications.
