Job Summary: The Sales
Graduate Trainee will mainly plan, source for customers, carry out proper motor
vehicle diagnosis and sale parts and services, establish and maintain
relationships with potential and existing customers, make after sales calls for
feedback from customers and propose areas of improvement for Daks Toyota.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Receive customers, maintain their goodwill
by carrying out comprehensive diagnosis of their vehicles to meet their
needs and exceed their expectations.
- Sells products and parts /or services to
customers, liaise with the mechanics to repair and service the vehicles to
meet the customer’s needs. - Expand the customer base with new as well
as maintain existing customer relations, whilst keeping the individual
customer portfolio up-to-date at all times - Actively promote the company’s services
and products, execute sales and ensure realization of sales targets as per
the sales strategy - Visit existing and potential customers,
profile their needs and liaise with the Head of Sales to offer customized
services that fit customers’ requirements - Performs routine tasks that maintain and
enhances the cleanliness of products, the sales area and ensure
orderliness of the spare stores. - Record all sales or customer transactions
that occur prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to Head of
Sales. - Maintains the sales displays and take part
in merchandising displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and
customer satisfaction. - Provide support in handling customer
complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the
customer and dealership’s satisfaction.
- Monitor showroom inventory and advise on
stock levels to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. - No prior experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills and
confidence - Excellent interpersonal relationships and
team work. - Keen attention to detail and excellent
analytical & problem solving skills. - Ability to work in a physically demanding
environment.
