- Technical
Definition: Ensure products have technical
definitions based on industry standards and client requirements - Sourcing: You support sourcing in screening of
products and their relevant suppliers - Testing
and Specification:
Create specifications, test methods for every product and their subsequent
testing and reports - Launch: Use product launch tracker to ensure
controlled and successful launch of product, work to create technical
value proposition, training, quality control etc,
- Report: You review why products have low
customer satisfaction scores, what can be done about this and how
-including review of solutions related to operational impacts and cost
benefit - Roll
Out: You roll out the
Intervention project given in proposal, working within the budget, across teams
to ensure successful implementation
actively throughout your interventions enabling feedback to the insights
officers on ideas for improvements
- Work
together with all the other Desks in the company to ensure a smooth
project roll out. - Support
the development of communications out to Desks to promote the work you do
and understanding on how your team works.
- Reporting: You prepare your weekly report on time
to enable accurate tracking of your work and the team - Quality
Assurance: You review
work done by Junior Officers to ensure it meets requirements - Performance
Monitoring: You track
and review the performance of Junior Officers to ensure optimal team
performance - Mentoring
and Coaching: You
support the development of the team through sharing skills and abilities
- The applicant for the SolarNow Agricultural Officer job placement must hold a
Bachelor’s degree in
Agricultural Engineering or any related field. - Knowledge
on water pumps or irrigation solutions is an advantage. - Highly
motivated and passionate about work. - Eye
for technical detail. - Able
to work with minimum supervision. - Good
communication and reporting skills. - Team
player / People Management skills. - Computer
literacy: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
