Evaluation Research (M&E-R) Officer
will be responsible to the Country Director to oversee monitoring,
evaluation, and research systems associated with the health and development
programs, and take the lead in identify funding opportunities and resource
mobilization initiatives.
Experience:
The Monitoring, Evaluation Research (M&E-R)
Officer must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science,
Information Technology, Library Science and Records Management, and a post
graduate equivalent in M&E, and/or Project Planning and Management
Three years of relevant M&E-R experience and
previous experience in an NGO
Extensive knowledge and experience managing IT
systems (various software applications -Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, SPSS,
Epidata, and Database management skills
Superb organizational and analytical skills with
great attention to detail
