Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The Agency Development Executive should
    preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Certificate of Proficiency (COP) from
    Insurance Institute of Uganda
  • At least two years of working experience
    in managing and mentoring sales agents
