Front Desk Administrator
with over 10 years of successful Courier business in Uganda and the Great Lakes

clients. Currently with stakes in Transport, Warehousing, Freight

We own a hotel in Bweyogerere. Kampala.
Desk Administrator will be tasked with making reservations, pre-register and
register guests in and out of their rooms, track and report on room statuses
and rates for our hotel in Bweyogerere. Attend to all guest inquiries,
complaints and requests for services.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to phone calls and respond to
current and prospective guests, answer guest inquiries about hotel
service, facilities and hours of operation and make reservations. - Receive walk-in guests and guests with
reservations when they arrive at the front desk answer guest inquiries
about hotel service, facilities, resolve any queries and ensure a superb
customer service experienced. - Communicate guests’ requests and
complaints to respective staff, follow-up and ensure they are attended to. - Receive guest requests and coordinate with
respective staff to attended to guests and ensure their comfortable and
pleasant stay. - Take payments and accurately post to guest
accounts and efficiently account for the guest billing processes. - Keep the hotel reception area clean and
tidy at all times. - Schedule housekeeping services as per
guest bookings, checkouts and requests.
Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a
Degree or Higher Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management, Leisure and
hospitality or any related field. - One year of experience in hotel or
hospitality management. - Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and
customer service. - Knowledge of hotel management controls and
willingness to learn new software. - Excellent analytical and problem solving
skills. - Keen attention to detail.
