Title: Receptionist (Customer
Service Officer)
Manager
Nairobi Securities Exchange. The group has interests across the East African
region and offers a wide range of financial products and services in Insurance,
Asset Management, Banking and Property.
Receptionist (Customer Service Officer) will be responsible in delivering an
exceptional customer experience at the Britam head office and putting the needs
of every customer at the heart of every decision-making process.
Experience:
- The Receptionist (Customer Service
Officer) must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field - Two to four years’ experience in a similar
position - Possess high levels of integrity
- Be a hardworking and self-motivated
individual - Excellent communication and negotiation
skills
- Learning and Researching: Rapidly
