Job Summary: The Caterer
will arrange the delivery, preparation and presentation of food for clients

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Supervising all kitchen staff
- Appraising the performance of all kitchen
staff - Prepare duty rosters for kitchen staff
- Ensure provision of quality meals to
students - Preparing periodic reports to the School
Administrator - Organize and chair section staff meetings
- Attend to students’ complaints regarding
feeding - Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are
maintained at the school kitchen - Ensure accountability for all resources
and assets at the kitchen - Ensure that cooks are equipped with food
supplies and tools they need at all times.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a
Certificate in catering or any other related field. - Two years of relevant experience in
similar roles preferably in a Schools’ Setting. - Men are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work efficiently and keep calm,
under pressure - Ability to work quickly but efficiently
- High standards of personal hygiene
- Good organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Good attention to detail.
- Communication and team working skills.
- Age: Below 40 years
