About NKG Bloom Project:
In line with the above, Ibero Uganda in collaboration with several
partners has set up a Farmer Financing Unit (FFU) with the view to improve
access to fertilizer input for coffee farmers in Uganda. The objective of the
project is to improve farmers’ livelihood through boosting coffee production
and better integration of coffee farmers in the coffee export value chain.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • The Back Office Administrator will
    prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the
    attention of the project managers.
  • Data entry.
  • Use advanced SQL queries to extract
    requested data from the database.
  • To handle the assigned administrative
    tasks of the projects and all other duties as reasonably requested.



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The applicant should preferably hold a
    Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or any other related field.
  • Significant expertise with a variety of
    database software (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle), SQL language, Excel, MS word
    and any other programming language is an added advantage.
  • Ability to make executive reports in excel
    and other data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in English and Luganda is
    mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the
    ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ‘eye’
    for detail and ability to work and interpret figures and other financial
    information.
  • Excellent written and oral communication
    skills .
  • Ability to address issues and effect
    change.
  • Ability to demonstrate professional and
    objective perspective at all times.
  • Capable of working under pressure in a
    fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to shift
    patterns and hours of work, ability to work flexible hours from time to
    time .
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and resilient
    character with the ability to manage expectations.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
