micro-entrepreneurs who go door-to-door teaching families how to improve their
health and wealth while selling affordable, high-impact products like basic
medicines, fortified foods, water filters, clean cook stoves, and solar lights.
Job Summary: The Associate
Director, Field Operations will lead and grow the Field Operations Team. Help
Living Goods Regional Field Managers to develop and manage effectively the
field team.
Key Duties and
Find solutions to improve the impact of Living
Goods interventions, and help ensure that branch supply chain and accounting
policies are followed.
Ensure excellence. Strengthen Living Goods
operational processes to build highly efficient and effective operations.
Provide leadership of the field operations team ensuring effective performance
management of branch teams and CHWs.
Measure and improve.  Review performance against key indicators and
take actions to ensure on-going measureable improvements.
Collaborate. Coordinate with other departments
to find solutions to problems. Find ways to involve regional field managers and
branch managers in cross-department and country-wide Living Goods initiatives.
Spend wisely. 
Work with the Deputy Country director and finance team to develop
budgets, find ways to control costs, and sure that internal accounting
procedures are followed.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
The applicant must hold an MPH, MBA or other
relevant master’s degree.
Eight years of experience managing field based
activities and teams.
The ideal candidate for the Living Goods
Associate Director, Field Operations job placement should have Management and
operations experience.
Collaborative management skills.  You have experience motivating and guiding
staff, helping them learn and improve.

international development and global health.
