Job Summary: The Assistant
Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordination of MPL marketing
activities by managing deployment of staff and events to ensure brilliant execution
of different marketing activities.

- Monitor staff deployment to reduce
expenses and get value for budget allocated. - Formulate standard operating procedures
for all processes in marketing department for accountability. - Coordinate proposals from different
stakeholders and distribute them to different units as per the
requirements and follow up on their execution - Keenly track and manage leave for the
marketing department - Carry out annual appraisals for all marketing
staff to facilitate contract management and renewals - Manage Marketing Interventions for
instance market auditing, competition analysis, strategy, product display
etc. at the Divisional Level.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Movit Products
Limited Business Intelligence Manager job placement should hold a Masters
degree in a relevant field - Possession of professional qualification
in Marketing preferably CIM - At least six years of relevant
professional experience in Marketing Management, three (3) of which at a
Middle Management level in a busy environment. - Working knowledge of ERP Systems is an
added advantage. - Ability to independently plan and execute
complex tasks while addressing daily management details and remaining
organized and focused. - Ability to assess problems and develop
solutions. - Excellent interpersonal, communication and
presentation plus excellent organization skills.
