Actively seek out new sales opportunities
through cold calling, market research and networking.
Develop and maintain cordial relation with
existing clients.
Set up meetings with potential clients and
listen to their wishes and concerns.
Meet sales and collection targets in assigned
area/region.
Update management on market intelligence and
sales activities through daily reports.
Resolve order and inventory problems by
investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders,
notifying customers and generating orders.
Handle customer complaints satisfactorily.
Maintain customer database by inputting customer
profiles.
Experience:
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Administration with Sales & Marketing or related field.
Three to five years’ experience in the building
material/ construction industry and or proven experience as a sales executive
or relevant role.
Thorough understanding of marketing and
negotiating techniques.
Ability to serve existing dealers and support
them by establishing retail network.
