Accounts Associate is responsible for handling the most important client
accounts for the company. These accounts make up a reasonable percentage of
company revenue so the key account manager must build and maintain a strong
relationship with the client. The Key Accounts Associate will be required to
increase market share for our Electronics & Personal Care products. Demonstrating
market and category leadership with our key customers to ensure that we have
the optimal portfolio, category management and shopper based in-store activity
to win in Electronic and Personal Care field.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting
and profitable relationships with a portfolio of major clients. - Acquire a thorough understanding of key
customer needs and requirements and operate as the lead point of contact
for any and all matters specific to key accounts. - The jobholder will develop and expand
trusted advisor relationship with existing customers by continuously
proposing solutions that meet their needs. - Keenly monitor Customer Performance by
analyzing sales and market share for major categories. - Negotiating contracts with client and
establishing timeline of performance. - Planning and presenting reports on account
progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to management. - Meeting all client needs and deliverables
according to proposed timelines. - Ensure the correct products and services
are delivered to customers in a timely manner. - Resolve any issues and problems faced by
customers and deal from time to time. - Play an integral part in generating new
sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. - Prepare regular reports of progress and
forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. - Expanding relationships and bringing in
new clients
Experience:
The ideal candidate for Key Accounts Associate
Position must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce,
majoring in Marketing or its equivalent from a reputable organization.
Strong Customer facing experience in modern
trade environment and proven track record. People management capabilities is a
must
Possess a positive attitude, excellent
communication, professionalism, high level of integrity and confidentiality,
ability to work extra hours, self-driven, flexible, results focused, work under
pressure with minimum supervision.
Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in
Word, Excel, Power-point etc.
High cognitive ability.
