Human Resource Manager will support the Q-Sourcing Servtec.
- Contribute
towards the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives by aligning
the HR strategy with the Company Strategy. - Maintain
and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing
and evaluating human resource policies, programs and practices across the
organization. - Develop
talent growth models and provide leadership to EXCO on their successful
implementation. - Develop
and maintain performance reward structures through continuous research on
best practice, motivation and reward mechanisms for staff engagement. - Advise
Board of Directors and respective Board committees on talent development
and retention strategies, plans and budgets within the region.
- Guide/provide
technical input into the development and implementation of the HR
strategy. - The
effective development and implementation and compliance with HR policies
& procedures across the organization with stakeholder input and the
MD/Board’s approval - Development
& implementation of recommendations on reward, retention, talent
management and succession planning strategies - Promotion
of a performance culture across the organization through the
implementation of a results-focused performance management system - Design,
implementation and evaluation of training programmes in order to enhance
the competence of staff and close identified skills gaps - Effective
management of industrial relations in a manner that ensures harmonious
employee relations and compliance with labour legislation - Monthly
reporting to the General Manager and Managing Director and quarterly
reporting to the B.O.D committee. - Leadership,
Management and development of the HR team to ensure consistent achievement
of departmental goals and targets.
- The
applicant must hold a Degree level qualification preferably in Social
Sciences (BA Sociology, BBA, BA Social Policy, BA SWSA). A Master in HR or
MBA with a bias in HR would be an added advantage - Four
years’ experience in HR Strategy Development, Execution and Monitoring on
a regional level - HR
professional membership. - Consulting

knowledge of the Uganda Labor laws and familiarity with international
