Job Summary: The Project
Director will serve as the team leader of the project staff. He/she is expected
to offer knowledge, guidance and technical skills to different stakeholders in
areas of holistic child development, project planning and budgeting. He/she is
to ensure that all programmatic financial and sponsor service aspects of the
project are managed efficiently and effectively. He/she shall be an active
participant in the local Church where s/he is posted.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant must be a mature born again Christian who holds a degree in any
of the followings: BBA, SWASA, Community Psychology, Adult and Community
Education, Development Studies and other humanities - A
minimum of three years’ work experience in an NGO setting. - Age: Between 25-35 years
