competencies include designing and conducting rigorous impact evaluations of
development projects; developing survey instruments; conducting analytic
research; statistical sampling; data preparation, collection, cleaning and
management; and developing survey-associated information technology.
Job Summary: The Program
Management Specialist will primarily supervise, guide, and train contractor
project management assistants; support USAID/Uganda’s management efforts



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:  
  • The applicant must hold a Master’s degree
    in Business Management or related field 
  • Seven years’ experience in project
    management.
  • Excellent written and oral English.
