competencies include designing and conducting rigorous impact evaluations of development
projects; developing survey instruments; conducting analytic research;
statistical sampling; data preparation, collection, cleaning and management;
and developing survey-associated information technology.
Job Summary: The Political
Scientist will provide advice and guidance on local context through
assessments, research, and dialogue; collaborate with teams of experts;
contribute to learning

Qualifications, Skills and
  • The applicants must hold a PhD in
    Political Science;
  • Seven years of sub-saharan Africa research
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze
    qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Excellent written and oral English.
