Job Summary: The Personal
Assistant will provide personalized administrative support to the Managing
Director in an organized and timely manner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The
Personal Assistant will act as the point of contact between the MD and
internal/external clients - Coordinate
and follow up action plans of the MDs direct reports - Screen
and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence - Handle
requests and queries especially emails, appropriately - Manage
diary and schedule meetings and appointments - Make
travel arrangements - Take
dictation and minutes of meetings and follow up on agreed actions. - Source
office suppliers - Produce
reports, presentations and briefs - Devise
and maintain an organized filing system - Perform
any other duties assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant must hold a Diploma/Degree. PA diploma or certification would be
considered an advantage
- The
applicant should have at least three years of work experience as a
Personal Assistant - Knowledge
of office management systems and procedures - MS
Office and English proficiency - Outstanding
organizational and time management skills - Up-to-date
with latest office gadgets and applications - Ability
to multitask and prioritize daily workload - Excellent
verbal and written communications skills - Discretion
and confidentiality - Hold
a clean and valid driving permit
