- Manages
daily interaction with clients to develop Company image and maintain
client satisfaction - Upon
printing of certificate, alerts clients on their readiness by phone or
email - Follow
up on clients queries maintaining Operations Manager informed of all
developments - Liaison
with internal clients to provide requested information to clients - Follow
up on client queries (in presence, by email or phone) and provides update
information - Receives
clients’ complaints, records it on database and finds a solution. If not
able to sort complaint, passes information to Operations Manager - Sends
documents provided by clients to network - Provide
support to operations back office on providing replies to clients or
Authorities, either by phone or email. - Should
perform all activities according with company QMS, code of ethics and
Company polities
- Candidates
must be fresh graduates from university and/or business/marketing school - Written
and spoken English and any other languages would be an added value - Preferably
candidates shall have exposure to international supply chain (Import /
export processes) and/or conformity/quality assessments (>1 year). - Good
knowledge of word, excel and Internet - Entrepreneurial
and team spirit - Ability
of handling several tasks in parallel and under pressure,
