with a regional presence in East Africa.
- Improve an organization’s market position
and achieve financial growth. - Define long-term organizational strategic
goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities,
negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of
current market conditions. - Work closely with the internal team,
marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and
thereby maximize revenue for their organization. To achieve this, they
need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert
them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future. - Manage existing clients and ensure they
stay satisfied and positive. - Call on clients, often being required to
make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their
clients’ future needs.
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s
degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management - Three to five years of sales or marketing
experience - Experience in Logistics/Ware housing or
shipping is required
