Job Summary: The Document
Controller will be responsible for document filing, transmittal coordination
and security of documents.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure
proper filing of the documents according to Company procedure. - Tasked
with serving as a liaison between departments, ensuring all files are
submitted and approved by department heads. - Updating
the document control policy in line with laws, regulations and best
practice. Audit documents storage and evaluate the company procedure
during implementation. Ensure timely delivery of documents in the best
condition. - Ensure
fast and secure accessibility of documents. - Mentor
and train other staff on document handling procedures. - Carry
out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate for the CNOOC Uganda Document Controller job opportunity should
preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Library and information
science, Administration, Management or related. - Three
years of related working experience. - Good
Computer Knowledge and skills. - Knowledge
in storage Software and programs. - Excellent
command of written or spoken English. - Understanding
of oil & gas E&P.
