Coordinator
(ARC) International is an International nonprofit, nonsectarian organization
that provides humanitarian assistance and training to millions of beneficiaries
around the world.
Services Manager will be tasked with managing, implementing, and supervising
community services program and interventions. S/he will empower the Site based
staff and volunteers to effectively lead community assessments, planning and
intervention processes.
- The
ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC) International Community
Services Manager job placement should preferably hold a university Degree
in Social Sciences Community Psychology or any related field. - At
least five years of program management experience in Community Services
interventions. - Fluent
in English & Swahili.
