they have the tools, supplies, information, training, and support they need to
provide communities they serve with the best possible opportunity for health
and well-being.
implement the USAID RHITES-E which supports the Government of Uganda (GOU) and
key stakeholders to increase availability and utilization of high quality
health services in 21 districts in Eastern Uganda and 2 in Karamoja by
strengthening health systems and improving the quality of, access to, and
demand for health services with attention to equity and underserved
populations. IntraHealth International in collaboration with the District
Service Commissions of Mbale, Moroto, Kaabong, Abim, Nakapiripirit and Kotido
are currently seeking to recruit candidates for a USAID Activity USAID Regional
Health Integration to Enhance Services in Eastern Uganda (RHITES-E) will
support the Government of Uganda (GOU) and key stakeholders to increase
availability and utilization of high quality health services in 23 districts in
Eastern Uganda and 2 in Karamoja. This will be done by strengthening health
systems and improving the quality of, access to, and demand for health services
with attention to equity and underserved populations
Hub Rider will facilitate safe pick up and deliver referral samples
- Picking
Samples from and delivering results to peripheral laboratories - Delivering
Samples to and picking results from the laboratory hub in a timely manner - Maintaining
proper documentation and records of samples collected and delivered - Participating
in quality Improvement Projects - Distribution
of external quality assessment samples from UVRI to lower facilities - Maintain
the motorcycle in sound mechanical condition - Performing
any other related project work as assigned by the supervisor
- The
ideal candidate for the USAID Project job placement must hold an Ordinary
Certificate of Education (O’ Level) - Training
in bio safety management is added advantage. - Possess
a clean permit to ride motorcycles.
