that provides humanitarian assistance and training to millions of beneficiaries
around the world.
Job Summary: The
Protection Assistant will be responsible for conducting a range of protection
activities including information provision,regular participatory protection
assessments of potential / selected beneficiaries and organization, and
implementation of community based activities such as life skills and recreation
activities in line with set Protection guidelines.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC) International Protection
    Assistant job placement should preferably hold a University degree in
    social sciences, community psychology or other relevant fields;
  • A
    minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar field and role; and
    knowledge of SASA
  • Knowledge
    of the local language and the population is added advantage.
