Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate for the Team Leader job placement must hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. - Two
years in team leadership in a similar industry. - Comprehensive
knowledge in Patient/ Customer Service principles and practice - Knowledge
of Trends of eyeglasses frames and styles is an added advantage - Good
leadership and supervisory skills - Good
influencing and persuasion skills - Excellent
presentation and communications skills - Good
people management skills - Strong
customer service skills
