- Meet/exceed all individual and team targets

captured is up-to-date and accurate - Maintain an appropriate phone etiquette
throughout any call - Ensure customers receive the correct
information by utilising excellent listening and questioning skills - Make outbound sales calls according to set
targets for any specific campaign
Experience:
- The applicant should preferably have
worked either within a sales role previously or within a contact center
environment - Possess exceptional written and verbal
communication skills - To be IT literate and be able, with
training, to confidently use internal IT systems. - To be a multi-lingual persons
(particularly preferred) - To be persuasive with the ability to
convert a reluctant target into a user of the client’s product - Highly flexible with the swiftness to work
