Uganda
and Development (AIRD) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and
non-profit international organization whose objective is to provide operational
support but not limited to: supply chain, logistics, construction,
infrastructure, environment, livelihoods and WASH in partnership with relief
and development organizations which primarily focus on disaster-affected and
development-orientation areas.
Engineers will be tasked with coordinating, Monitoring and Supervising
constructions and all civil works in the project. The incumbent will design,
develop and construct civil works as per the donor request from conception
through to completion.
- The
applicant for the AIRD Civil Engineer job must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering - Three
years working experience - Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability
to represent and report writing skills. - Should
possess a good understanding and experience of civil works - Good
leadership skills - Ability
to work under pressure with minimum supervision. - Ability
to work in any part of the country - The
candidate should be self-motivated - Computer
