Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The
Seed Processing Supervisor will be tasked with the maintenance of Seed
Processing Plant, Generator, water pump as per schedule and other on farm
machinery. - Ensuring
Seed quality improvement and maintenance - Ensuring
cost effective processing, packaging and delivery - Stock
maintenance of all machineries equipment, seed stock, Farm inputs and
tools.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and good
knowledge on seed processing. - Three
years’ experience in managing a seed processing plant, generators, water
pump & AC Plant. - Excellent
communication skills, multi-discipline management and excellent inter
personal and organizational skills. - Strong
organization, coordination and planning skills - Pro-active
issues management skills and decision making ability
