registered in Uganda as BRAC Uganda. The organization implements integrated
development approach combining Education, Health, Agriculture, Livestock,
Adolescent Empowerment and Microfinance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The
    Seed Processing Supervisor will be tasked with the maintenance of Seed
    Processing Plant, Generator, water pump as per schedule and other on farm
    machinery.
  • Ensuring
    Seed quality improvement and maintenance
  • Ensuring
    cost effective processing, packaging and delivery
  • Stock
    maintenance of all machineries equipment, seed stock, Farm inputs and
    tools.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and good
    knowledge on seed processing.
  • Three
    years’ experience in managing a seed processing plant, generators, water
    pump & AC Plant.
  • Excellent
    communication skills, multi-discipline management and excellent inter
    personal and organizational skills.
  • Strong
    organization, coordination and planning skills
  • Pro-active
    issues management skills and decision making ability
