Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
to improving Maternal Newborn Child Health (MNCH) services in Uganda, by
supporting holistic programmes that ensure women and children have access to
services across the continuum of care.
- Provide
support in the development of programme Theories of Change (ToC), Project
Management Plans (PMPs) and RME frameworks and to lead the implementation
of Adara RME activities in Uganda. - Carry
out data collection, data management, analysis
and reporting for RME. - Provide
training and support to Adara staff and Uganda program partners (NGOs,
Hospitals and community) on RME and the data required for RME.
- The
applicant for the Research, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer job must
hold a bachelor’s degree or a higher degree in Public Health, Community
Development or related field. - Three
years of experience in Public Health, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health,
Community Development or Humanitarian Response Programmes in remote areas. - Sound
education and training in monitoring and evaluation and demonstrated
ability in developing and implementing M&E frameworks and systems
(Logical Framework Analysis, Theory of Change and other M&E
frameworks) in Public Health, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health,
Community Development or Humanitarian Response Programme contexts. - Ability
to drive a motorcycle or ride a bicycle.
