Job Summary: The Receptionist
will carry out administration duties specifically telephone operator cum
receptionist. The incumbent will also provide messenger services to staff and
support to all departments
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • To
    attend and direct all incoming calls to relevant department/staff and keep
    records of all official incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Diarize
    important appointments for the Executive Office
  • The
    Receptionist will be tasked with records management
  • Manage
    of appointments for the executive office.
  • The
    jobholder will also be receiving all incoming mails and issue to the
    relevant department/staff by recording in a log book.
  • Organize
    and dispatch all incoming/outgoing mail



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in office management or equivalent
    relevant experience
  • At
    least three years of similar experience.
  • Politely
    handling customer calls, with minimum delay.
  • Ability
    to read and write and good communication skills, be of legal age.
  • Should
    be available and willing to work extended hours to meet the deadline.
  • Has
    a strong service ethic.
NB:
