will carry out administration duties specifically telephone operator cum
receptionist. The incumbent will also provide messenger services to staff and
support to all departments
- To
attend and direct all incoming calls to relevant department/staff and keep
records of all official incoming and outgoing calls. - Diarize
important appointments for the Executive Office - The
Receptionist will be tasked with records management - Manage
of appointments for the executive office. - The
jobholder will also be receiving all incoming mails and issue to the
relevant department/staff by recording in a log book. - Organize
and dispatch all incoming/outgoing mail
- The
applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in office management or equivalent
relevant experience - At
least three years of similar experience. - Politely
handling customer calls, with minimum delay. - Ability
to read and write and good communication skills, be of legal age. - Should
be available and willing to work extended hours to meet the deadline. - Has
a strong service ethic.
