Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Tasked with formulating the marketing
strategy for the company in line with company objectives e.g. brand
planning – Build Brand Efficacy by ensuring accurate and consistent
representation and use of the brand internally and externally. - Seeks, leads and develops clientele through networking so as to find new and potential customers.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns both
offline and online. Product promotions, brand positioning, product
activations, advertising, shop layouts, roadshows, product launches etc. - Managing the company’s marketing budget.
Development of budget allocation plans, promotion plans and supervision of
its implementation. - Guiding and supervising the establishment
of displays in shops, enhance brand terminal counters and ensure POSM
display area standards are maintained. - Take overall responsibility for brand
management and corporate identity Responsible for company’s advertising
plans. Working closely with Advertising & PR agencies to ensure brand
visibility and presence. - Effective brand communications resulting
in high SOV/TOMA. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure
that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing
objectives.

- The applicant for the Itel Marketing
Supervisor job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-
related course - A minimum of four to six years’
experience in Sales & marketing department of an mobile phone/ Telecom
company - Strong analytical, negotiation and time
management skills. - Outgoing and confident personality with a
degree of initiative, creativity and good judgment
