Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The
Knowledge Sharing Manager will oversee and coordinate all program related
information, documents, reports for the health program - Analyze
program data, information, reports and prepare analytical and critical
reports for presentation and dissemination to the health program team as
well as to the senior Country management team, and share with internal and
external parties as needed - Assist
in government and partner liaise activities and maintaining strong
network/relations - Advocate
for BRAC Uganda Health Program model with all stakeholders with our
successes and achievements - Strongly
practice and maintain (uphold/conduct) organizational values and
objectivity in all activities and ensure other team members are adhering
to it through their activities - Develop
concept notes, project proposal documents and budgets for new projects
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in health related fields, Masters’
degree will be a plus - Two
to three years of health-related working experience - Excellent
communication skills both oral and written skills with experiences in
writing quality health project documents - Excellent
skills in preparing dissemination materials for presentations - Possess
excellent people skills and interpersonal skills – demonstrated through
experiences working effectively with different stakeholders – Government,
donors and NGOs - Ability
to motivate, inspire and establish trust among team members, especially partners - Superb
analytical skills, report writing, and presentation skills - Excellent
computer skills (MS office proficiency) - Ability
to work both independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team
setting
