Job Summary: The IT Web
Product Development Trainees will provide support in managing implementation
and effective experimentations. We
particularly look for young energetic graduates who have passion in Information
Technology and web development and programming. You may occasionally be needed
to work from home depending on your self-leadership skills.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
trainees should preferably hold degrees in Information Technology,
Business Computing, Computer Science or related field. - Good
web development skills demonstrated by personal free time works. - Show
passion for Information Technology - High
degree of Integrity to foster trusting relationships with clients,
coworkers and supervisors; - Sense
of Responsibility to always put in your best efforts; - Emphasis
on Quality to do your best to produce great work; - Discipline
to finish tasks every day; - Sense
of Teamwork. - Ability
to work with less supervision. - Ability
to learn and adapt to new things in a highly innovative and creative environment - Excellent
communication skills to be able to communicate with the clients both
verbally and in writing. - Preferred
Individual Own personal laptop/computer (indicate this in your
application) - Live
in or near the following areas: Kira, Najjera, Kyaluwajjala, Ntinda,
Namugongo or Naalya. (indicate this in your application)
Note: Trainees are put
on a mentorship programme and should not expect payment until they become
productive to contribute to the company’s growth and revenue with the acquired
skills.
