149 networked branches targeting Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs of
Uganda. BRAC boasts of promoting financial inclusion by extending financial
services to the un-served and underserved, now with over 212,000 borrowing
clients, over 155Bn loan book with 98% recovery rate, operationally and
financially self sustaining.
Job Summary: The Head of
Human Resource and Training is a strategic business partner in the design,
development and delivery of BRAC (U) MF Ltd.’s core Strategic Human Resource
Management solutions of talent acquisition, Human Capital Management i.e. change
management, organization design and development employee value proposition
realization.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree is added
    advantage in Humanities, (Education, Social Sciences, and Organizational
    Psychology), A PGDE in HRM or CIPD is also a must
  • At
    least ten years’ experience in a commercial banking environment
