Job Summary: The Officer
Mobile and Internet Banking will be responsible for supporting and executing
the digital channel initiatives. Digital Channels include Personal Internet
Banking, New Business Online, Mobile phone Banking, Mobile Money, POS, Billers,
and Prepaid cards. .
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor plans/initiatives and
budgets for the E-channels Usage and retention section in line with the
business objectives.
  • Support
    activities to enhance usage of existing digital channels and monitor key milestones
    to measure progress.
  • Support
    initiatives and campaigns in line with the digital channel strategy
  • Continuously
    monitor all drivers for the e-channels revenue
  • Monitor
    and update the marketing score card, which analyses all the drivers to
    revenue of the digital products.
Monitor and track the revenue
bucket performance in line with agreed KPIs           
  • Track
    and monitor the financial impact of new and existing E-channel products
    and the    financial performance,
    including revenue growth
  • Monitor
    usage pattern of customers using intelligence tools like MIS reports
  • Support
    and execute projects to minimise attrition and enhance loyalty
  • Monitor
    and track churn and analyse trends
  • Support
    and implement customer engagement programs to increase retention of
    customers
  • Liaise
    with various stakeholders to ensure communication to customers on new
    products    and services.
  Stakeholder Management
  • Track
    and manage vendor payments
  • Attend
    service   meetings with vendors
  • Support
    the sales team on charge back presentments to minimise revenue leakages
  • Coordinate
    unit performance reports for monthly reporting
  • Monitor
    and follow-up on queries assigned to Digital channels through the CCC and
    IT   tracker
Compliance:
  • Report
    non-compliance and any process deviations  
    from the vendor SLAs
  • Interacting
    with   internal and external bodies
    such as Risk management, Internal Audit, Legal   Services regulations and other industry
    bodies to ensure compliance of all  
    channels



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate for the Stanbic Bank Officer Mobile and Internet Banking
    job placement should preferably hold a University degree in commerce, ICT,
    business computing or related field from a recognised university
  • Project
    Administration Skills: The ability to compile documents,   schedule meetings, update project
    plans, coordinate feedback and organise  
    project related records.
  • Quality
    Control: The ability to implement operational techniques and    activities that are used to fulfil
    requirements for quality including;   
    improvement, control, management or assurance of quality.
  • Know-Your-Customer:
    Knowledge and practical application of the requirements for KYC Compliance
    including the   determination of
    beneficial ownership in complex client corporate structures.
  • Risk
    Awareness: General awareness of risk management practices in a financial
    services organisation
  • Product
    Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of the features, benefits and    pricing of the products and services
    on offer to business banking customers.
  • Continuous
    Process Improvement: The ability to review existing processes with the
    view to find better ways to execute tasks on a continuous basis.
