Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify
    products as per requirements of user department to ensure proper
    specifications
  • Soliciting
    quotations ,price negotiation and preparation of comparative statements
    before raising purchase orders
  • Tasked
    with the preparations of purchase orders upon receipt of indents from the
    stores department
  • Making
    sure that all delivery notes are duly signed and endorsed when ever cargo
    is delivered to store.
  • To
    ensure timely delivery of goods and services from suppliers
  • To
    keep an up to date record of suppliers
  • Vendor
    development ,evaluation according to cost , quality, supply capacity and
    product availability
  • Circulating
    MIS Reports timely & accurately
  • To
    ensure that all items indented are ordered with agreed time frame
  • Handling
    / management of complaints from suppliers and user department as per need
  • Planning
    & ordering of bio fuel
  • Procurement
    of air tickets
  • To
    do any other assignments given by procurement & logistics Manager



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or any
    related Degree
  • Good
    computer skills
