Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or
keep messages - Receive clients in the workshop
- Deal with complaints and give accurate information
to clients - Keep updated records and files
- Open up clients files (WIP’s) and keep them
updated - Ensure that all inputs are included in the WIP
(client/vehicle file) - Invoicing all clients
- Record productivity and employee attendance
- Support the team leader with up to date useful
information regarding the workshop (vehicles, clients status)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant must hold a Diploma in relevant field - Proven experience as front desk officer
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic
bookkeeping - Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially
Excel and Word) - Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Good problem solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Extensive knowledge in the automotive sector
and mechanics will be an added advantage - Hold a clean and valid Driving license (Class B
& CH)
