Industry and Cooperatives with the main objective of facilitating the development,
promotion and coordination of all export- related activities that lead to export
growth on a sustainable basis.
- Receive and store the goods received
- The jobholder will provide safe custody of
files and other documents in the stores - The Stores Assistant will prepare quarterly reports on the status
of the stores - Manage all activities in the stores
- Has detailed knowledge of the product range and
store layout - Accurately checks off deliveries
- Records all wastage accurately
- Undertakes cleaning duties as required in all areas of the store
- The
ideal candidate for the Uganda Export Promotions Board (UEPB) Stores
Assistant job placement must be a Ugandan who holds a certificate in
stores management from a recognised Institution. Higher qualifications are
added advantage. - One
year of related work experience - Good records and information management skills
- Information Communication Technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Concern for quality and standards;
- Time Management
