Support Officer will be responsible for providing a high level of program
support for different running short term projects.
- Tasked
with tracking the project deliverables and outcomes including understanding
across project dependencies. - Coordinate
and prepare for all programs review meetings for all running short term
projects. - Assist
with monitoring and coordinating the timely review of risks and issues - Report
writing in relation to milestones, schedules and resources. - Performs
any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- The
applicant for the Finn Church Aid (FCA) Program Support Officer job
opportunity should possess a good University degree in Education,
Development studies, Social Work and Social Administration, Social
sciences or any related degree. - Post
graduate diploma in project management. - At
least two years’ experience in handling a similar role. - Computer
Literate and proficiency in project planning. - Ability
to meet deadlines and mobility in terms of being able to travel on short
notice - Ability
to work effectively with minimum supervision - Ability
to multitask.
