and Development (AIRD) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and
non-profit international organization whose objective is to provide operational
support but not limited to: supply chain, logistics, construction,
infrastructure, environment, livelihoods and WASH in partnership with relief
and development organizations which primarily focus on disaster-affected and
development-orientation areas.
Assistant will be assisting the accountants department with all financial
obligations. The jobholder will perform financial management activities for
finance department at Kampala or field offices
- The
applicant for the AIRD Accounts Assistant job must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce with
speciality in Finance/Accounting - At
least two years’ previous experience in general accounting or finance
position - Proficiency
in Quick Books or any other accounting software is an added advantage - High
degree of honesty and Integrity - Keen
attention to detail and accuracy - Ability
to work under pressure with minimum supervision. - Willingness
to work in any part of the country
