Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively
participate in the formulation of sales budget that forms backbone of FMCG
business - Participate
in the formulation of monthly sales projections amendment with change in
demand - Prepare
Sales performance review reports as and when required by management - Preparation
of Sales Trend Analysis for all SKU’S - Processing
of all primary and export claims for the department - Participate
in formulation and amendment of schemes into a scheme matrix - Keenly
analyze all schemes to gauge the impact on sales process - Computation
of customer targets - Computation
of sales team targets - Target
monitoring reports to all sales team - Prepare
all audit reports for sales and marketing(ISO Internal & QMS) - Internal
customer survey index measures of the department - Processing
all secondary schemes month on month - Communicating
all approved schemes to the entire sales and marketing team - Act
as support desk for the sales and marketing department - Respond
to all queries and inquiries raised by customers internally and externally - Process
sales team expenses month on month - Compile
floor stock reports week on week - Process
DSE payments whilst compiling their reports - Process
merchandise and ISR payments whilst compiling their reports - Work
closely with other departments to make sure sales team is fully linked to
them - Book
and process all leave request by sales and marketing team with HR-
department - Perform
any other duties assigned by the Head – Sales
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant for the Mukwano Sales Analyst job placement must hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or any
other related field. . - At
least two years of relevant experience in a large manufacturing set up. - Ability
to work independently should have excellent selling skills - Effective
communication skills - Excellent
customer care skills, sound decision making skills and ability to work in
the field. - Integrity,
flexible, good interpersonal and problem solving skills. - Should
have a positive attitude, results focused, creative, innovative, can work
for long hours under pressure with minimum supervision.
