Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support in the expansion of
Kuja Kuja services in Uganda across multiple locations. - Collect feedback from customers on a daily
basis. - Share feedback from ARC service teams with
customers on a daily basis. - Build and maintain relationships with ARC service teams.
- Work closely with communications team to ensure
regular, quality posts are made to the Kuja Kuja WhatsApp channel. - Work with your team to create the design assets
and approach required to operationalize all community prototypes. - Participate
in and lead Kuja Kuja innovation sessions and suggest new innovations for
Kuja Kuja. Help us to create the future! - Other appropriate duties as assigned by the
supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC)
International Insight Associate, Kuja Kuja job placement should preferably
hold a Diploma in relevant field. - One year of experience in similar or related field.
- English fluency and fluency in at least one
other locally applicable language. - Previous experience working within the
humanitarian response or social development space or a demonstrated desire
to learn about these
spaces. - Familiarity with digital technology and
experience using Microsoft word, WhatsApp, email, and other applications. - Experience working with multicultural
multilingual teams and a demonstrated history of successful communication
across those teams. - Some experience in customer service, sales,
hospitality, or teaching is very desirable.
