Controller

cooking oils and fats, detergents, beverages, personal care products and
plastics.
- Conduct
input-output valuation to determine cost effectiveness of manufacturing activities - Reconcile
the material consumed with regard to standard consumption for actual
quantity produced with actual consumption on daily basis and reporting on
material wastage, abnormal loss etc. - Keenly
verify labor/Utility/maintenance cost with regard to standard and make a
report on the variance. - Verify
on daily basis finished goods production and transfer to dispatch with
system production and stock transfer. - Prepare
PRM reports monthly. - Tasked
with preparing aging report to ease planning for raw material and packing
materials. - The
Finance and Administrative Officer – Plant Based will be tasked with daily
Production Report Analysis i.e. booking it in system and comparing system
dispatches with actual. - Coordinating
the stock take exercise at the end of each month and submitting the report
by the stipulated date. - Providing
a report on slow moving / dead stock - Conducting
a daily analysis for recycles - Enforce
compliance to accounting and manufacturing standard operating procedures. - Perform
any other duties assigned by the Finance Controller or Business Unit
Manager
- The
applicant for the Mukwano Finance and Administrative Officer – Plant Based
job placement must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any
other related field. - Two
years of working experience in an FMCG environment in the same position
with knowledge of computerised accounting systems. - Excellent
professional, integrity, confidentiality, analytical, conceptual,
creativity, innovative, numerical, report writing, communication and
customer care skills. - Should
have a positive attitude, be self-driven, flexible, results focused, work
under pressure with minimum supervision and the ability to work extra
hours
