• Prepare
  source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information;
  establishing entry priorities
• Reconcile
  and clean files both in the manual registers and system
• Analyze
  all data entered into the systems ie EPI INFO, Clinic master
• Design
  data collection tools for the institution
• Generate
  HMIS reports for Ministry of Health and PEPFAR
• Generate
  and follow up all the appointment lists for clients
• Design
  data bases for all the new and old interventions
• Prepare
  timely aggregate reports for PEPFAR
• Ensure
  that all systems run in a good stable condition.
• Ensure
  that all computers run in good state and all rights are goods
• Enter
  all the new patients into the system.
• Maintains
  data entry requirements by following data program techniques and
  procedures.
• Verifies
  entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data;
  combining data from both systems when information is incomplete; purging
  files to eliminate duplication of data.

• The
  ideal candidate for the Data Entrant job opportunity should preferably
  hold a a Diploma in Information Technology, Business Computing, Computer
  Science from a recognized institution
• At
  least two years’ experience in data management/analysis preferably from a
  clinical research setting.
• Experience
  in using databases such as SPSS, ACCESS, STATA, EPI INFO
• Excellent
  organizational skills i.e. team management, customer service, attention to
  detail, proactive self-starter, critical thinker, confidentiality of
  medical records
• Advanced
  MS-Office skills,
