About US:
Crystal Clear Software Ltd, specializes in the development, marketing,
sales, training and support of a micro-finance software product called “Loan
Performer.”

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software developers and
support engineers - Plan work for the team and make sure
targets are met - Train and coach the team, promote teamwork
- Manage Quality Assurance and Customer Care
- Manage projects
- Increase business
- Report on progress made
- Perform any other duties as assigned by
management
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor
of Science in Computer Science or the equivalent from a recognized
university - At
least 5 years’ management experience in either software development or
microfinance - Information systems, Statistics and Accounting Knowledge.
- Excellent
leadership qualities and decision taking ability - Enthusiastic
and ability to create motivation amongst the members of the team - Ready to take challenges and deal with
difficult situations - Should
believe in team work and effectively interact with the members of
the team - Strong
business development sense, goal-oriented and a good communicator - Should
be willing to work for extended hours and possess expert management
skills - Ability
to speak and write in French for one of the teams - In-depth
knowledge of the Loan Performer functionality - In-depth
knowledge of the Loan Performer source code - Micro-finance
Business knowledge - Coaching and mentoring skills
- May
be required to work overtime and sometimes on Saturdays.
