technology provider linking active boda-boda riders to potential customers through
an App. The client has partners from New Zealand and Indonesia and rolling out
in Africa.
Manager will lead a small team and will support account reconciliation,
recruitment of team members (Office) and control the day-to-day operations of
the office
Check the accounts that the admin assistant has
prepared each day and then load the data on the online banking portal for
disbursements.
Work closely with On-boarding Manager and
Trainer to ensure the training schedules are implemented.
Recruitment and training of office staff.
Review customer complaints and respond
accordingly.
Ensure the admin assistants follow the SOP for
the Boda documentation.
Attend weekly and monthly leadership meetings
and to contribute effectively.
Ensure the filing are as per the SOP.
Ensure the training document are reviewed and
signed off at the end of each training.
Ensure petty cash is checked each week and
signed off.
Ensure the leave rosters of employees at office
are maintained.
100% of all new on boarded be trained and
certified
Customer complaints not to exceed 0.01% of total
rides
100% attendance for all leadership meetings
Meet 100% of refresher trainings planned for the
month
100% completion of documentation for all
training sessions to be completed within the next 24 hours
Experience:
The applicant for the Office Manager should
preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related
field.
At least four to five years of experience as a
Senior Supervisor or Office Manager.
Computer literacy i.e. comfortable using Ms.
Office.
Worked in small team.
Touchtyping.
Previous experience in reconciling accounts.
Familiarity with business principles and
practices with superior attention todetails.
Excellent communication skills, proficient in
English, Swahili and Luganda.
Age: Below 35 years.
